Michael D. Flynn, Esq.

Mr. Flynn focuses his practice on representing clients with respect to federal and state tax matters. He counsels clients involved in tax litigation, on both the federal and state levels. He also represents clients in the exam and appeals phases of an audit. Mr. Flynn’s experience includes numerous years in private practice, as well as over a decade working in the tax department at a major investment bank, and several years in the tax practice at a “Big Four” accounting firm. He has extensive knowledge of the taxation of complex financial products, and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Flynn is an attorney admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, New Jersey, and New York. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the United State Tax Court.

Mr. Flynn earned his LL.M. in Taxation, with Distinction, and his Juris Doctor from the

Georgetown University Law Center. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
